Dear Students and Stakeholders,
It has come to the attention of Elite International College (EIC) that unauthorised parties have been impersonating EIC in the conduct and delivery of its programmes at unapproved locations in Malaysia. EIC is seriously concerned over this and EIC shall not condone to such unethical act. EIC has NEVER appointed any third party whatsoever to act in its capacity. EIC, therefore, urges you to beware of this and read carefully and understand the following:-
1. PROGRAMME CONDUCT AND DELIVERY AT APPROVED LOCATION
ALL programmes of EIC are ONLY licensed to be conducted and delivered at the approved location by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), that is, No.: 49, 1st-3rd Floors, Jalan Hang Lekiu, 50100 Kuala Lumpur. Any activity relating to the conduct and delivery of programmes bearing the name of EIC outside the approved location are ILLEGITIMATE and parties involved shall be subject to serious legal consequences.
2. VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES AND/OR TRANSCRIPTS
ALL printed certificates and/or transcripts bearing the name of EIC shall be verified through contacting the authorised personnel at [email protected] and/or [email protected]. In the event the certificates and/or transcripts cannot be positively verified by the personnel, these documents shall be deemed as INVALID. Neither EIC shall be liable nor responsible in such instance as well as for the use of these documents in the pursuance of any top-up degrees in universities both locally and internationally. It is important to note that EIC updates the record of its students and graduates through the submission of periodic reports to the regulatory bodies in Malaysia such as the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
3. THE SOUTHWEST STATE UNIVERSITY (SWSU), RUSSIA
EIC is NOT associated with SWSU in any way whatsoever in any kind of academic collaboration and/or validation for any Bachelor or Master degree programmes. As such, parties falsely claiming completed their programmes in collaboration with SWSU at EIC shall be deemed as an UNLAWFUL act and shall be subject to serious legal consequences.
In view of the seriousness of the above matter, EIC has officially lodged the reports to the relevant governing authorities both locally and internationally. EIC, therefore, reserves the right to take any legal actions against parties who engage in the misuse of the name, logo, and programmes of EIC as well as its private college license to mislead the public.
